Join us for a playful, interactive session designed to help children and their grown ups experience simple tools for feeling calm, connected and regulated together. Through story telling, exercise, peer massage, movement, and breathing exercises, and a guided relaxation. Will learn about the basics of the nervous system, in a fun age appropriate way. will also explore how words and self talk can communicate safety to the body and support emotional regulation.
